Hi, I'm Ranj. I had been living away from home for 27 years - working, consulting, and building everything from big tech and hyperscalers to launching startups of my own across the US, South East Asia and Australia LinkedIn.

On my visits home, I'd return to a list of tech-related requests from my aging mum. She struggled with digital banking, mobile apps, online forms, email, and smart devices. Everything she once handled in person or over the phone now required apps, ID photos, chatbots, passwords, or 2FA - all incredibly frustrating.

I realized how many others are in the same boat - especially seniors, migrants, or anyone without a technical background trying to keep up in an increasingly digital world.

Meanwhile, Australia continues to go all-in on digital systems - healthcare, government services, banking, communication - all while online scams are rising.

This means more digital security layers = More complexity.

The biggest shock? Tech support pricing hasn't changed. Something that takes 20 minutes still costs $150-$200 MINIMUM 😲 - plus ongoing charges in 15-minute increments. Not only is it unaffordable for so many, especially those already under pressure, the charging model is utterly ridiculous!

So I created this: a simple, honest, and compassionate alternative. I decided to turn the technical services model on its head and offer high-demand, high-priced, premium support on a “Pay What You Can” basis.

While I support myself by providing Fractional CTO and consulting services to businesses on cutting edge Web3/Blockchain and AI technologies, my goal is to provide these services on a Full-Time basis, and make sure no one is left behind.
